Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Member Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages a team, providing training and performance monitoring
• Handles escalations and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
• Addresses complex member inquiries and improves member and provider experiences

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a call center environment
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred 5-7 years' experience
