Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator (scheduler).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct member outreach via telephone, text, and email to engage patients for assigned practices and providers
• Coordinate with practices to leverage practice management systems and obtain patient data for outreach
• Document all dispositions in internal applications and ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with various EMR systems
• Provider office administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel (intermediate skills)
• Experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
