Meetings Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meetings Manager to support the planning and execution of various meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management
  • Manage board and committee meeting logistics, including site selection and on-site execution
  • Collect and maintain historical records related to events and provide evaluations post-conference
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in meeting and event management, particularly with large conferences
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work within a complex matrixed system
  • Experience planning international events is preferred
  • Association management experience and CMP or DES credentials are preferred
  • Proficient in MS-Office software and database management
