Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Meetings & Conventions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of meetings and conferences, ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Organize and facilitate planning meetings, documenting action items and decisions
  • Manage logistics for live, virtual, or hybrid meetings, including budgeting, site inspections, and attendee communications
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of experience in meeting management or event planning
  • Experience working with vendor-partners and third-party service providers
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent is a plus
