Job Summary
A company is looking for a MEDITECH Magic Pharmacy Analyst to support the MEDITECH Magic system.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems within MEDITECH Magic
- Provide support for the Magic Pharmacy module
- Document support issues, resolutions, and recurring trends for future reference
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 years MEDITECH Magic experience
- Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician background preferred
- Magic Pharmacy experience and providing support for workflows and order sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
