Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems within MEDITECH Magic
• Provide support for the Magic OR module and assist in testing and validating fixes or updates
• Document support issues and coordinate with senior analysts or vendors for complex issue resolution

Qualifications & Experience

• 7 years of MEDITECH Magic experience
• Nursing background preferred
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, and building in Magic OR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
