Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Auditor responsible for auditing and tracking support for the Sales Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete weekly report cards for Inside Sales and Agent Hotline
  • Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members, and agents
  • Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment required
  • Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required; must obtain Medicare producer license within 90 days of employment
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking highly preferred
