A company is looking for a Medical Records Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete analysis and reanalysis of medical records accurately and timely
• Manage work queues for missing documentation and follow up with relevant departments
• Document workflows and report issues not complying with facility or corporate standards

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
• Entry-level position; relevant experience is a plus
