Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Payment Poster.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post payments, including cash, checks, and EOBs to patient accounts
• Batch claims and reconcile deposits for accuracy and timely entry
• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve unapplied cash and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash posting and medical billing
• Experience with NexGen EHR systems; eClinicalWorks and/or Epic preferred
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly with FQHCs
• Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work
