Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Educate customers on health care topics and assist with selecting benefit plans
• Research complex issues and provide follow-up to ensure resolution of customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
• Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customers
• Proficient in navigating healthcare-related information and processes
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
