Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Supervisor (12mo maternity leave cover).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee media strategy and planning for client programs, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and performance KPIs
• Lead client communications and educate teams on digital tactics while managing day-to-day media operations
• Mentor and train media team planners, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional development

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in media with a focus on digital planning and execution
• Proficient understanding of paid search and paid social tactics
• Solid knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Management experience of 1+ individuals
• Ability to synthesize data and identify trends to inform content strategies
