Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) for child or adult therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to children and adults
• Utilize a hybrid schedule including telehealth and in-office appointments
• Participate in weekly case consultations and receive or provide supervision

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Experience in outpatient mental health therapy
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Willingness to engage in peer consultation and collaboration
