Massachusetts Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to drive effective financial operations and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements under GAAP
• Act as a key stakeholder for the company-wide budgeting process and ongoing forecasting
• Manage, process, and execute all AR and AP requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, including 2+ years in a financial leadership role
• Experience with high-growth enterprise SaaS companies
• Expert understanding of GAAP and SaaS KPIs
• Hands-on experience with financial technology systems and advanced Excel skills
