Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with B2B event and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry-specific marketing plans with full project management
• Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, nurture campaigns, webinars, and onsite experiences
• Manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level
• Experience in coordinating in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, and handling event marketing and analytics
• Background in large corporate marketing environments, preferably in Fortune 1000, tech, software, or alliance-based companies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize project documentation effectively
• Prior marketing experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecomm), and Industrial Products is preferred
