Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage email campaigns and optimize marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and automations to meet marketing KPIs
• Build and optimize lead generation and customer nurture programs using marketing automation software
• Conduct testing and analysis of email performance to improve ROI and maintain campaign performance reports

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or sales operations
• High proficiency with Eloqua or similar marketing automation software and Salesforce.com
• Analytical skills for data analysis and program effectiveness
• Experience with email A/B testing and website optimization
