Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing channel performance and enhance lead handling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the marketing technology stack and integrations with key systems
• Own the marketing lead assignment process and collaborate with the inbound sales team to improve lead quality
• Fully own reporting and data visualization on marketing performance, including campaign ROI analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing operations experience
• Expert experience in Hubspot, including certification
• Comfortable evaluating and implementing new marketing tools
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of B2B SaaS company dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to execute quickly and efficiently across projects
