Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Marketing Partner (Marketing Manager) to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for insurance agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support agency sales teams
• Create and implement various marketing tactics including market research, email campaigns, and social media management
• Collaborate with account managers and the corporate marketing team to enhance client engagement and gather demographic data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Basic graphic design skills, preferably with Adobe Suite and Canva
• Experience with social media marketing (both paid and organic)
• Event planning skills preferred
• Previous knowledge of the insurance industry is appreciated but not required
