Key Responsibilities

• Support spend management, vendor onboarding, purchase order and invoice management, and accruals for the media team
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and facilitate vendor onboarding
• Monitor media spend, manage budgets, and provide financial insights and reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of experience in Ad Ops, Media Billing & Accounting, and Procurement
• 5 years of experience in Strategic Financial Management
• Proven track record in managing large media budgets and financial reconciliations
• Strong understanding of data management and compliance with financial operations
