Key Responsibilities

• Integrate with third-party retail partners to identify marketing opportunities and align with commercial calendars
• Drive brand traffic and awareness through digital channels, supporting e-commerce strategies
• Lead Product Detail Page (PDP) management to ensure consistent brand messaging across e-commerce platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on retail trade marketing
• Experience working with major third-party beauty retailers and understanding their marketing ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Flexible on location, preferably West Coast or Chicago-based, with occasional travel required
