Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Designer to join their Marketing Design Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-visibility campaigns for Middle Grade, Picture, and Board books, including printed and digital marketing materials
• Develop fresh concepts in collaboration with campaign teams while ensuring visual consistency across various campaign touchpoints
• Create and/or edit animated social media assets and videos, managing campaign design work as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of design experience, preferably with highly illustrated properties and products
• A portfolio demonstrating excellent design ability, including strong type design and layout skills
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
• Experience with color correction, retouching, and preparing files for digital and print output
• Understanding of basic UI and UX principles and experience with Adobe XD or other prototyping software is a plus
