Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Communications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communications programs for Medicaid members and develop strategies to promote the Health Choice Illinois Medicaid program
• Implement multi-channel automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve measurable goals
• Track and report results to business leaders and facilitate the development of project briefs with actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably in healthcare
• 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Omni-channel marketing experience, with a focus on digital and email marketing
