Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Mainframe Systems Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate responsibilities of IT teams related to IMS systems database administration
• Oversee project management, team performance, and conduct semi-annual reviews
• Provide technical support and mentoring, while managing team goals and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of IMS Logical DBA experience
• 5+ years of experience in an IT Operations environment with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of management experience in a related field
• Experience with major database products and tools such as DB2, JCL, and ISPF/TSO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
