Manager of Hospital Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Hospital/Patient Billing - Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage billing and follow-up teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable
• Monitor financial goals and adjust staffing as necessary to meet operational standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue recovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management required
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle (HB/PB) required
• Minimum of 2 years of related leadership experience required
• Healthcare experience required; multi-hospital systems experience preferred
