A company is looking for a Manager, Education Services to lead their customer-facing training function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale learning projects, including project design, resource allocation, and adoption strategies
• Develop and maintain project documentation and training evaluations for new programs
• Collaborate with various teams to address customer knowledge gaps through effective training solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, adult learning, sales operations, or product management
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• Advanced program/project management experience
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools
• Understanding of the AEC industry and adult learning best practices
