Manager of Base Optimization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Base Optimization to lead a team of Base Optimization Specialists within their Premium Support organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering expert 1:1 sessions to drive product adoption
• Manage team operations including scheduling, quality review, and performance tracking against targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the Ask an Expert program and advocate for customer-centric improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in a customer-facing or technical team
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS company with a focus on leading teams through change
• Strong background in no-code solutions with a systems-thinking mindset
• Proven track record of developing team members' skills and impact
• Experience with operational rigor, including tracking quality and optimizing workflows
