Mainframe Performance Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Performance and Capacity Management Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize mainframe system performance, conduct capacity planning, and recommend enhancements
• Manage client systems data, provide solutions, and oversee ticket prioritization for optimal client support
• Act as a technical resource for clients, resolving issues and providing coaching on system navigation

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in mainframe performance and capacity management
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects
• Experience with Intellimagic software is a strong asset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
