A company is looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to develop innovative methods for optical barcode connectomics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models to automate processing of large microscopy volumes
• Deploy models in large cluster or cloud environments for imaging data analysis
• Collaborate with wet lab and microscopy scientists to optimize data analysis processes

Required Qualifications

• PhD in computer science, machine learning, applied math, computational biology, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work or research experience with independent execution on machine learning problems
• Strong background in computer vision and analysis of large microscopy data
• Experience with software engineering best practices
