Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization LPN - LVN.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for Prior Authorization requests from members and providers
• Determine if complex requests should be escalated to a pharmacist
• Maintain accurate documentation of all approvals and denials

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience working with prior authorization requests
• Ability to work from home with high-speed internet
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Licensed practical nurse
• Proficiency in medical terminology and drug names
