Louisiana Director of Grants Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Grants Management and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the refinement and advancement of grantmaking strategies and processes
• Provide supervision and support to program officers and staff in grantmaking practices
• Develop reporting structures and dashboards to measure grant portfolio impact

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in grantmaking within progressive social justice areas
• A minimum of five years in a leadership role managing small to mid-sized teams
• Advanced project management skills and experience in programmatic strategy development
• Familiarity with grant management software, such as Submittable
• Knowledge of promising practices in progressive philanthropy
