Localization Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Localization Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in resource planning, quality feedback, and adherence to project schedules
• Maintain vendor records and assist in onboarding new linguists
• Utilize project management software to create POs, evaluate talent, and manage project data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior project management experience, preferably in localization
• Native or near-native fluency in English
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Resourceful, organized, and proactive with strong prioritization skills
