Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Counselor I to assist homeowners in a customer-centric role.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote customer experience by providing solutions to customers delinquent on their mortgage loans
• Gather critical data and make decisions to resolve customer home loan concerns
• Engage in inbound and outbound customer communication using an advanced telephony system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of customer contact experience, collections, loss mitigation, or other mortgage-related experience preferred
• Strong computing and typing skills
• Proficient in basic mathematics
• Aptitude to learn company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws
