Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal who can operate at a high level in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, track deadlines, and assist in trial preparation
• Manage e-filing for state and federal courts and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Conduct legal research and cite-checking according to the Blue Book

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mass tort or appellate litigation experience
• Proficiency in e-filing and legal research platforms like Lexis, Westlaw, and PACER
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to producing polished, professional work
• Adaptability to shift between trial and litigation tasks as needed
