Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs to enhance user journeys and drive key metrics
• Analyze performance data to derive insights that inform marketing strategies and optimize user engagement
• Lead the development and management of email and SMS campaigns aimed at increasing product engagement and conversions

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in high-consideration environments
• 2-3 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in HubSpot; familiarity with Braze or Iterable is a plus
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation
• Basic working knowledge of SQL and HTML
