Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Underwriting Manager to oversee underwriting operations and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects focused on system and process improvements in the Underwriting Department

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in people management and training development of underwriters
  • Previous life underwriting experience preferred
  • A minimum of seven years of operational experience is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and a proven track record of obtaining results
