A company is looking for a Third Party Adverse PD Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claims to determine liability and assess subrogation demands
• Investigate incidents by gathering evidence and validating claims
• Negotiate settlements with adverse adjusters and third-party insurers to maximize recovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; experience may substitute for degree
• Adjusters license required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subrogation or claims adjusting
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and subrogation principles
• Bilingual preferred
