Licensed Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Engineer (Residential).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare data, perform engineering calculations, and write technical reports
• Develop technical specifications, perform evaluations, and recommend designs that meet client requirements
• Review structural designs and provide calculations and plan layout/design development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Experience with residential stick build construction
• SE or PE license required
• 7+ years of experience in engineering analysis and design functions
• Strong knowledge of design codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, OSHA, etc.)
