Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and provide efficient, detailed service
• Act as an advocate for customers, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
• Contribute to internal processes and documentation while assisting with customer communication during critical launches

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer-focused Customer Service role
• Active pharmacy technician license is preferred
• Ability to work at a desk taking calls and completing casework during assigned shifts
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
• Must have access to necessary equipment and a designated workspace
