Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Virtual Services Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-facing virtual clinical care for acute and time-sensitive needs
• Support Senior Health Primary Care Providers with clinical tasks, including medication refills and diagnostic result interpretation
• Collaborate with PCPs and care teams to ensure effective patient care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active state licenses in AZ, WA, GA, or CO; additional licenses required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings, with a focus on senior health
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with alternating weekends required
• Spanish speaking is strongly preferred
