Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy, including personalized treatment plans and intake assessments
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning to ensure comprehensive client care
• Lead IOP group sessions and engage in therapeutic discussions with clients and families

Required Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCPC, LMFT, or LSCSW in Kansas or within three active states
• Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired
