Licensed Medical Peer Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Reviewer to perform remote medical peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive peer reviews and provide objective recommendations on patient care
• Evaluate cases related to workers' compensation, disability, and health plan prior authorizations
• Utilize a secure online portal to complete reviews without patient contact

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical board certification in the United States
• Active, unrestricted medical licensure in the United States
• Minimum of 8 hours a week of direct patient care (including telehealth and volunteer work)
• At least 5 years of clinical practice expertise, including residency
• Ability to complete reviews from within the United States
