Licensed Lead Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Advocate to support and guide a team of healthcare advocates in assisting patients with health-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate advocacy experience to enhance the advocate and patient experience
• Lead onboarding sessions for new advocates and provide ongoing support
• Develop clinical content and protocols to assist advocates in their roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active licensure in a chosen health profession (RN, LCSW, etc.) required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in care management
• Prior experience as an advocate is strongly preferred
• Comfort with leading virtual training sessions and engaging group interactions
