Job Summary

A company is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to assist educators in planning for a secure retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators regarding retirement and life insurance solutions
• Develop trust-based relationships and educate clients on various financial products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses - required
• Active Life License - required
• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college or equivalent business experience preferred
• Experience in a call center or customer service role with a proven ability to meet sales targets
• Comfortable using CRM tools and working independently in a fast-paced environment
