Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Healthcare Agent to assist beneficiaries with their insurance needs, focusing on ACA/Marketplace plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet performance expectations including sales goals, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Provide customer care and maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers

Required Qualifications

• Active Health or Life & Health Insurance License
• 1 year of ACA/Marketplace experience
• Knowledge and understanding of ACA/Marketplace plans
• Prior experience working within Health Sherpa
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft programs and Windows systems
