Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including SaaS, licensing, and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with partner channel teams to facilitate and negotiate deals
• Provide legal advice and support to sales and cross-functional teams on legal issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts using standardized processes
• Ability to support and collaborate with sales and partner channel teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing
