Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance legal templates related to US government awards and contracts
• Provide legal updates and advice on compliance with changing US government regulations
• Assist in negotiations and manage legal issues concerning awards and agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in US government-funded foreign assistance
• Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements related to US government funding
• Proven work experience as a legal advisor or attorney in the foreign assistance field
• Fluency in US government regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and FAR
• Experience managing various procurement mechanisms, including grants and cooperative agreements
