Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful training programs for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps and set aligned learning objectives
  • Develop effective and engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical content for accuracy and relevance
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience developing training materials for technical or systems-based solutions
  • Proficiency with instructional design tools, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions)
  • Experience designing training for enterprise software or technology platforms
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for instructional content creation
