Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their T&D team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design educational programs, including request analysis and effectiveness evaluation
  • Create training logic for various formats such as workshops and e-learning
  • Develop instructional materials and occasionally conduct mini-training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in instructional design within EdTech or corporate training
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and mechanisms
  • Ability to map customer journeys and design educational scenarios
  • Proficiency in tools for visualizing and presenting educational content
  • Conversational and written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
