Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer to create and deliver online and hybrid courses for healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to design instructional content and assessments aligned with course objectives
• Provide training and support to faculty on course design and learning management systems
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and analyze course data for instructional improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• 1-7 years of relevant experience in instructional design or online course development
• Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
• Demonstrated knowledge of research-based instructional strategies and multimedia development
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
