Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design or training development, preferably in large corporate environments
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Familiarity with performance management concepts and processes
