Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer - SharePoint/Intranet Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current SharePoint-based Intranet, identifying usability pain points and improvement areas
• Lead user interviews and feedback sessions with healthcare staff to gather qualitative insights
• Design and implement a user-centric Intranet interface based on research findings and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Proven expertise in conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Strong background in SharePoint and Intranet site design
• Portfolio showcasing previous SharePoint/Intranet redesigns (required)
• Experience working in or understanding healthcare environments (preferred)
